The day your SIMPLE arrives at the delivery address, the 99-night trial period begins.
Most of us need a few days or weeks to fully adapt to our new mattress, so there is no rush for you to calmly try SIMPLE
If at any time during the 99-night period we feel the SIMPLE
is not the perfect match for you, you can return it for a full refund.
All you have to do is contact our Customer Service team with your order number. We will take care of the rest.
No 🙂 We want to make it easy for you, so we give you free shipping of all our products to your door. For now we ONLY deliver in CDMX in a few days and with scheduled deliveries.
Our SIMPLE mattresses are cleverly packaged in an easy-to-move cardboard box.
We use a special vacuum-sealing process to compress and roll the mattress gently, so even the largest mattress can fit inside a box. This space-saving method allows for easy movement within your home at the time of delivery, is eco-friendly, and takes up less space in our delivery trucks, enabling more efficient and environmentally friendly transportation.
We strive to deliver our products as quickly as possible. Times are stipulated by the logistics team who make scheduled deliveries.
Please note that during high season (e.g. Hot Sale or Buen Fin) or vacation seasons, parcel deliveries may be subject to additional delays.
SIMPLE will contact you in case of unforeseen delays.
At the moment we only deliver in CDMX.
You will receive an email with your tracking guide once your order is in transit, within 72 business hours after your purchase.
If you live in Mexico City and Metropolitan Area: you will receive a personalized link in your email to track your delivery minute by minute.

You have 99 nights of testing to make sure that the SIMPLE mattress is the perfect mattress for you, at home and in your sleep.
If this is not the case, you can initiate the return process by contacting our customer service through this e-mail address: ventas@simple.mx.
We will schedule a convenient time for pick-up, and the association or carrier will provide you with a pick-up receipt, of which you will need to send us a photo to ventas@simple.mx to process your reimbursement.
Please note that products must be returned in their original, undamaged condition. If you keep the original Y, wrapper or box it is ideal.
Returns within the 99-night trial period are free of charge.
As soon as you send us the proof of return of your product, we will process the refund and send you the refund voucher.
The time it takes for the amount to be reflected in your account can take from 3 to 31 business days depending on your bank.
We process our payments with MercadoPago, Stripe and PayPal.
We accept:
- Credit and debit cards, supported by VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
- PayPal.
- Interbank Transfer (SPEI).
Enter the product or products you wish to purchase in the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
Complete the necessary information about the billing and shipping address, and select credit card as payment method in the "Payment" section.
Check that the order details, as well as your personal information, are correct in the last step of the checkout process, and if so, validate by clicking on "Pay securely".
At this point, you will be redirected to Mercado Pago to enter your credit card details and choose the number of installments in which you wish to pay the amount of your purchase.
